Drury’s Furniture Home Delivery Service
Drury’s Furniture home delivery service provides furniture delivery within a 75 mile radius from our store as well as most of the Twin Cities area. Deliveries outside our normal delivery area are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Deliveries are handled by our own well trained delivery team. We carefully inspect your furniture for delivery, prepare it, deliver it to your home, and set it in the place you’ve chosen. If your new purchase includes multiple items, you can even choose to have them delivered at different times, for one basic delivery charge, as long as they are going to the same residential address.
Drury’s will call you ahead of time to set-up your custom delivery. We will work with you to find a time that works in your schedule. Our delivery team makes weekly trips to Rochester, MN; Winona, MN; La Crosse, WI; Onalaska, WI; Decorah, IA and Cresco, IA to allow for flexible delivery scheduling.
Ensure an efficient, smooth and safe in-home delivery
Make sure access to your home is clear and easily accessible for large items. That includes clearing snow, ice, and debris outside your home. Inside, please make sure any breakable items or obstructions have been moved to provide access. Please measure one more time to make sure you have cleared enough space for your new furniture item to pass to its final location. Within reason, our crew will gladly move the furniture that is being replaced to another area in the same home.
Our delivery team will generally try to remove their shoes upon entry to your home. However, with large or heavy items this is not always possible. If you have concerns about your floor, please discuss this upon our team’s arrival and/or put something down to protect your floors.
For your pets’ safety, please make sure they are secure and out of the way during furniture delivery.
Delivery of smaller home accessory item
Our trucks are equipped to provide safe delivery of large items. Smaller items, such as lamps, pictures, and accessories will be much safer in your own vehicle than in a furniture delivery truck. Please take them with you at the time of purchase.
Customer Pickups
We can also make arrangements for you to pick up your furniture purchase. Make sure to discuss this at the time of purchase. Our warehouse hours are 8:00am-4:00pm M-F and we require 24 hour notice to prep your item. If you intend to pick up on a weekend we can usually make arrangements but need to know the Friday morning before your intended pickup. We can assist in loading your merchandise but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their load is secure. Make sure to bring the needed packing and tie-down materials. We are not responsible for loss or damage once the furniture has left our facilities.
